Pin Wheel Chickn and Potato Samosay


1. Potato and Chicken fillng

Ingredients:

Potato. .... 4
Chiken .... one Breast
Onion. .... 1
Black Crushed Pepper ..1tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder ..1tbsp
Gram Masala Powder. ..1tsp
Zeera Roasted ...1tbsp
Chiken Cube .... 1
Fresh Green Coriander Leaves. .. 1 cup
Green Chillies. . 4 finally choped

Method :

Wash , boil and cut potato in cubes and then mash them and set aside.
Boil Chicken breast and shread it and set aside.
Heat one tbsp oil and add finally chopped onions and cook till light golden brown...
Add red chilies , black peper and add mashed potato and mix well.
Add all the ingredients given above.
Add shredded chickn and mix well .
Remove from fire and set aside .

2. Samosa Dough :

Ingredients :
Ground flour...... 2 cup
Salt ...1tbsp
Oil......4 tbsp
Water. ... 1 cup

Method :

Add all ingredients and mix well and put them aside for one hour.
Assembling :
Ingredients :
Flour .... 1 cup
Water ...... 1/ 2 cup
Tooth picks ..... 1 pack

Method :

After dough rises , make balls and roll them into large Roti's .
Spread potato and chicken mixture and roll the breads in large cylindrical shapes and wet the edge with water and seal it . ( If required , stick the tooth picks to hold them in shape. )
Cut the large cylinder rolls into smaller one inch width discs . ( If required , stick the tooth picks to hold them in shape. )
Roll them in flour ( meda ) and deep fry them .
When done , remove the pin wheels and lay them on paper towels .
Remove tooth picks .
Serve hot with chatni or sauce along with tea or coffee.
