FISH ZINGER BURGER

Ingredients :
  • 5 -6 fish flay pieces 
  • 1/2 red chili flakes 
  • 1/4 tsp BBQ masala 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup corn starch 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • oil (for frying)
  • 5 -6 buns, 5-6
  • 5 -6 tablespoons mayonnaise divided 
  • 5-6 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 tsp Soya 
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
Method:
  • First washed and drain the fish then marinate the it in red chili flakes, BBQ masala and salt. Keep for 4-5 hours.
  • Heat the oil.
  • Put the eggs in a bowl and add mayonnaise, soya sauce and hot sauce to it to make a thick paste.
  • Put the flour and corn starch in a plate and add the salt & pepper and mix well. 
  • For the breading, toss the fish pieces in the flour. Put into cold water then in egg mixture then again toss it in the flour. 
  • Deep fry the fish pieces in the oil.
  • Toast the buns. Put the fish onto the buns. 
  • Put 1 tbsp mayonnaise and a few drops of hot sauce on it.
  • Place the leaf of lettuce on it or your choice of salad and pickles and put the upper bun on top.
