Ingredients:
- Boiled chana dal 1 cup
- Kadu 1/2 kg
- 1 tsp lal mirch kutti hui
- 3 tometo choped
- 2 onion choped
- 4,5hri mirch
- Dhania 5 tbsp
- Basil 1 tbsp
- Zeera powder 1 tsp
- Salt to tast
- Haldi 1/2 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Lhsen adrk paste 1 tbsp
- Grm masala powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 /2 tsp
- Choti ilaichi 3
- Kala zeera 1/2 tsp
- 2 tbsp dahi
Method:-
Sb sy phly ghee grm karain ilaichi nd kala zeera dal dain 1 mnt fry karain ab adrk lhsen past aur onion dal dain golden brown hon tu tometo green chillies dal dain mix karain ab sab masalay siwaye grm masala powder dalain drop water sath hi kadu bareek kty dal dain dahi dalain aur bhonain slow flame py k khushboo any lgy sath hi dal dal dain basil hara dhania dalain bhonain 3 mnt aur phir slow flam py pkny dain kadu gl jain gy pani khushk ho jye ga uska apna nikalain dish out karain hri mirch decorate karain garam masala dalain lemon k sath serve karain yummy daal.
